Craig Underwood is a Founding Board Member & Senior Director of National Accounts for Year Up. Craig’s professional experience includes Founder & CEO of The Loyalty Group/Air Miles Canada; Founder & CEO of Sports Loyalty International; Co-Founder of SocialSphere Strategies; and serving as a Partner at both Bain & Company and The Bridgespan Group, Bain’s nonprofit affiliate. He was educated at Oberlin, West Virginia University, Oxford University and The University of Chicago’s Booth School. He was WVU’s 75th student body president and 19thRhodes Scholar. Craig has served on over 10 start-up, corporate and nonprofit boards.
